We're looking for an Account Manager to manage and expand key customer relationships, developing and implementing strategies to optimize account performance. As the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and escalations, you will build trust and engagement with our customers and expand our relationships to support our revenue growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the payments industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships with an eye for detail and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the payments industry, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze large data sets and make data-driven decisions
