Legal Collection Advisor (m/w/d)

PAIR Finance is revolutionizing the digital debt collection industry and seeks a committed Legal Collection Advisor to strengthen their Swiss team. This role involves carrying out legal enforcement proceedings, making decisions about enforcement measures, and supporting process optimization. You'll be a central interface between Pre-Court and Court Collection, utilizing tools like Tilbago, and contributing to a growing, international team shaping the future of debt collection with innovation and passion.

Requirements

• A completed commercial education - ideally supplemented by a further qualification in debt management or a comparable field
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in debt collection or receivables management
• Sound knowledge of the Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law (SchKG) and secure application in all procedural stages
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss German and good knowledge of English (at least B2 level in word and writing)
