Job Description
Paired is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support a marketing agency in Europe. This role involves generating leads, building relationships, and expanding the agency's reach. The position requires strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales. It focuses on marketing solutions and contributing to client business growth.
Requirements
- Build and curate lead lists using Lusha and other prospecting tools.
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) targeting US-based prospects.
- Write, test, and optimize outreach messaging that reflects our tone and mission.
- Send personalized InMails using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Follow up on responses, manage conversations, and book discovery calls.
- Maintain and update CRM and outreach tools.
- Continuously improve conversion rates and outreach effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team.
