As a Sr Project Manager - MSP, you will work closely with multiple teams to scope, plan, and build highly complex projects using the latest technology. You will manage every aspect of major projects for new construction, deliver high-quality project results, and represent Paladin in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Develop and manage schedules for on-time delivery
- Monitor budgets to control costs and maintain financial health
- Develop and manage project plan
- Provide accurate financial reports for performance targets
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- Create documentation and ensure it clear, easy to follow, updated as per communication schedule
- Control costs and maximize productivity through the implementation of best practices and standard processes
- Effectively manage and maintain all written and verbal project communications
- Maintain client satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns
- Develop relationships with subcontractors to build a pool of resources
- Proactively assess risks; ensure a safe and healthy work environment
