Job Description
Palazzo Versace Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced La Vita Restaurant & Bar Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the operations of our distinguished dining and bar establishment.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant and bar management or supervisory roles, preferably within a luxury hotel or upscale dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary and beverage trends, with a passion for innovative service and guest engagement.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on team development and guest relations.
- Proven financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and cost management.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
