Job Description
Palm Medical Centers is seeking a proactive and patient-focused Florida-licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join their growing After-Hours Telemedicine Team. This role involves providing virtual care during evenings and weekend hours to adult and senior patients, managing chronic and acute conditions, and coordinating with in-clinic providers. The position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding telemedicine program.
Requirements
- Active Florida APRN license
- Based out of Winter Haven, Florida
- Minimum 2 years of experience in adult primary care or internal medicine
- Proficient in using EMR systems and telehealth platforms
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills
- Reliable internet connection and private, HIPAA-compliant remote workspace
