Job Description
Palmetto is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Operations Specialist to manage the LightReach Installers pipeline and partner accounting inquiries. The role involves monitoring aging accounts, resolving discrepancies, and providing financial support to partners. It requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proactive communication to improve operational efficiency.
