Dockhand (Seasonal)

This Seasonal Dockhand position is for Shelter Cove Marina, focusing on guest engagement and providing excellent customer service. Duties include assisting with docks, reservations, maintenance, retail duties (such as ship store engagement and cash handling), and ensuring a clean and organized experience. The position prioritizes guest satisfaction and contributes to the company's Noble Purpose.

Requirements

• Assist in all aspects of the docks
• Slip reservations
• Maintenance tasks
• Ensure a neat and orderly appearance of the docks
• Provide boaters with assistance
• Assist with fueling procedures
• Retail duties (as needed)
• Engage with guests in the Ship's Store
• Answer questions about product or excursions/charters
• Assist with point of sales/cash handling
• Retail duties (such as merchandise displays)
• Maintain a clean and organized retail shopping experience
• Conduct internal audits
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
