Job Description
The Practice Manager will lead and support the clinical site's operations, ensure high service and coordination with patients and staff, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards. This role involves oversight of clinical and non-clinical care, financial performance management, and problem-solving for staff. The Practice Manager will collaborate with various departments and resources to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: High school diploma
- 3-5 years of physician practice / medical group experience and progressive supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Experience with EHR Nextgen highly desirable
- CPR-BLS certification
