Job Description
Responsible for assessing educational needs and developing programs in area of expertise, collaborating with Clinical Nurse Specialists and management team. Provides input into departmental goals and participates in quality improvement activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2-5 years previous experience as a clinical educator, lead, preceptor, and/or supervisor
- Current CA RN License
- American Heart Association recognized BLS - Healthcare Provider
