Job Description
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you'll act as a bridge between product/engineering and customers, translating real-world use cases into technical solutions and shipping production-grade AI systems. You'll own deployment complexity, influence product direction, and drive high-impact customer-facing work. This role involves customer collaboration, system development, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Customer-facing or client delivery experience
- Fast learner who adapts quickly to new technologies
- High ownership mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience deploying LLMs or other generative AI systems (preferred)
