Job Description
PalUp is seeking a Data Engineer to architect clean data infrastructure, power analytics, and transform raw data into actionable insights. The role involves building pipelines, developing data models, and ensuring data integrity and governance across BI systems. This role supports product, marketing, sales, and operational teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or similar roles
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Experience with Python for scripting and data transformation
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel) and BI team with well-modeled datasets
- Strong understanding of data modeling principles, data quality assurance, and data governance best practices
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment
