Senior Python Engineer, Customer Value Track (Embedded Agreements team)

PandaDoc is seeking a Senior Python Engineer to join their Customer Value track. The successful candidate will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to create positive customer impact, write clean and testable code, and follow a feature through its entire lifetime.

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of development experience with Python
• Experience with the Django framework
• Experience with microservice-based architectures
• Experience with relational databases (SQL queries, migrations, optimization)
• Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka)
• Strong communicator
• Experience in software and API design
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to write in Java (10% of tasks)
• Willingness to engage and contribute with frontend projects
