Line Trainer (Warehouse)

As a Line Trainer at Panduit, you'll provide high-quality technical training to new and current employees, enabling them to effectively perform their jobs. You'll identify training needs, develop training programs, and ensure the effectiveness of training records.

Requirements

• Train non-exempt warehouse employees on processes and technology
• Partner with leaders to identify training needs
• Ensure TWI is used as a standard for operations training
• Perform audits to minimize technical training gaps
• Contribute to the training effectiveness and quality notification process
• Provide analysis and metrics regarding learning effectiveness
• Contribute to the recruitment process by carrying out dexterity tests for potential employees
• Maintain training records
• Identify opportunities for improvement in current training materials and procedures, and implement modifications
• Participate in LEAN events and courses to obtain LEAN Level 1 Certification
