Job Description
We are seeking an experienced VP of Finance to lead our finance and accounting function as we scale. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial operations, drive financial strategy, and foster a dynamic, high-growth environment. This role requires a strong technical and operational background and leadership skills within a fast-paced setting.
Requirements
- Oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations.
- Lead and develop the finance team.
- Maintain and manage the company’s budget and cash flow.
- Provide forward-looking financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Own the timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
- Maintain and enforce finance and accounting Standards Operating Procedures.
- Oversee A/R, A/P, full GL, inventory, cost accounting/accruals, revenue recognition, and workpapers.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and product teams.
