Supervisor, Clinical Operations (Posterior)

We are seeking a Supervisor, Clinical Operations (Posterior) to join our team at Panorama Eyecare. As a supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver the best eyecare by directing, coordinating, and managing daily clinical activities at assigned site(s).

Requirements

• Self-motivated, highly organized and demonstrates a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to be flexible to ever changing priorities with little daily supervision.
• Strong understanding of business practices and personnel management.
• Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid and insurance guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, along with the ability to successfully mediate issues for patients and employees.
• Knowledge of computers and proficiency with computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience as a clinical technician in an Ophthalmology setting.
• Previous supervisory experience within a healthcare setting, preferred.
