Device Development Engineer

Panther Life Sciences is seeking a Device Development Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and regulatory readiness of its microneedle-based device platform. The role involves developing microneedle arrays, applicators, and user interfaces that are safe, effective, usable, and approvable. This is an individual contributor role that requires collaboration across functions.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of medical device development experience
• Direct experience contributing to FDA-cleared or approved devices
• Familiarity with design controls, risk management, and usability engineering for regulated devices
