Job Description
Panther is seeking a Formulation Researcher to join their Formulations & CMC / Engineering team. This role involves developing new formulations, optimizing stability characteristics, and scaling innovations from bench to pilot manufacturing, leveraging AI-powered platform for personalized customer care and accelerating treatment discovery. The company focuses on shelf-stable, patient-centric treatments and beauty technologies.
Requirements
