Job Description
Panther Life Sciences is seeking a General Manager, Skin Health and Beauty (GM) to lead the skin health and beauty business, a strategic vertical within the company. This role involves building and scaling a world-class brand that integrates science, innovation, and beauty, leading the go-to-market strategy, building a team, and driving revenue and profitability. It’s a rare opportunity to be part of a venture at the intersection of biotech, consumer innovation, and technology.
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in the Skin Health, Beauty, or related sectors.
- Proven success leading or closely partnering on go-to-market strategies for consumer or scientific products.
- Direct or indirect P&L ownership with demonstrated business growth results.
- Experience managing or building strategic partnerships with top-tier brands or suppliers.
- Strong business network within Cosmetics, Beauty, or CPG industries.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep curiosity about science and technology, coupled with a passion for customer experience and innovation.
- Degree in Science, Engineering, or Technology; MBA from a leading institution
