Job Description
Papa In Shape & Maman In Shape is seeking a Social Media Strategist to be the voice, creativity, and strategy behind their social channels, driving growth through Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. The role involves crafting engaging content, analyzing performance, and building strong communities. The ideal candidate will be analytical and possess a creative mindset.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in social media management.
- Strong mastery of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and their algorithms.
- Strong visual design skills and experience with branding.
- Skilled in video editing for Reels, Stories, Shorts, and teasers.
- Proficiency with social CMS tools, Google Suite, Excel, Slack, Asana, Google meets.
- Fluent French and English.
