Job Description
Paperless Parts is a SaaS startup revolutionizing quoting for manufacturers. They are seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to join their Implementation Team and build and maintain customer's technical solutions using P3L, TIS, and other technologies. The role involves customer collaboration, project management, change management, and offering expert support for the paperless parts platform.
Requirements
- Firm grasp of programs like Excel
- Willingness to learn P3L
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Track record of implementing customers
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with manufacturing processes (CNC machining, sheet metal, 3D printing) is preferred
