Automation Engineer

Parabola is seeking an Automation Engineer to join their team, responsible for designing and deploying AI-powered workflows to automate complex business processes and unlock new efficiencies. The successful candidate will guide customers from initial design through successful execution, ensuring each solution delivers long-term impact and value.

Requirements

• ~3+ years of previous experience working in a customer-facing capacity
• Comfort and familiarity with prompting AI models
• Hands-on experience digging into data and demonstrating an expert understanding of Excel, SQL, and (ideally) APIs
