The Manager of Ecommerce Operations is responsible for the seamless execution and optimization of Parachute’s omnichannel order management and ecommerce systems.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all ecommerce system issues and inquiries
- Own daily order maintenance workflows and resolution of system-related challenges
- Manage and optimize the performance of third-party IT support partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Merchandising, Retail, Logistics, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, and Planning teams
- Develop, maintain, and share operational documentation and training resources
- Build and maintain automated reporting to monitor site and order health
- Lead special projects end-to-end
- Advocate for system improvements and implement scalable solutions
