Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification required; PE license a plus
- 3(+) years of civil engineering experience, ideally in land development or infrastructure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and utility design fundamentals
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-focused environment
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
