Job Description
Paradigm Design is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Project Engineer to join our growing civil engineering team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in land development, site development, and infrastructure design who is ready to take on increasing leadership responsibility, collaborate with clients, and mentor engineering staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; candidates eligible for licensure encouraged to apply
- 7+ years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land development or site development
- Experience supporting or managing civil engineering projects from design through construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Civil 3D; experience with HEC-RAS preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of grading, utilities, stormwater systems, and infrastructure design
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
