Requirements

• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Ability to adapt training methodologies to meet diverse learning styles
