Job Description
Paradigm is seeking an IT Engineer to join their team and provide world-class support to their users. This role involves assisting with implementing, configuring, and maintaining SaaS applications and tools, as well as collaborating with Systems Engineers. The ideal candidate will have experience with IT infrastructure, user support, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support experience
- 1+ year of IT system administration experience
- Solid understanding of ITSM best practices, collaboration platforms, and networking fundamentals
- Proven expertise in testing, configuring, and deploying IT solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
