Capital Markets Lead – Small Business Lending

Parafin is seeking a Capital Markets Lead to build and scale the capital markets function supporting their small business lending platform. This role involves evaluating financing solutions like securitizations, warehouse lines, and forward flows, managing relationships with banks and investors, and building innovative financing strategies. They focus on empowering small businesses through access to capital and value their commitment to sustainable growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or lending platforms
• Strong understanding of warehouse facilities, forward flow arrangements, and securitizations
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated financial modeling experience
• Proven ability to negotiate, structure, and close complex financing transactions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in SQL
