Job Description
Paragon Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their Prentiss Pointe Apartments team. This role involves guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships with both current and new customers. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional resident experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years in a customer service or sales oriented role
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college-level education preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior sales ability
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
- YARDI experience preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred
