Job Description
We're seeking an accomplished Regional Manager to lead multi-site operations, optimize financial and operational performance, and strengthen our presence across the region.
Requirements
- 5+ years of on-site Manager experience
- 5+ years of supervisory experience with a customer service and financial management focus
- College education (strongly preferred)
- Industry designations (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Superior sales, management, and leadership ability
- Ability to analyze financial information
- Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing assignments and priorities
