Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
• Full UK driver’s licence and own car
• Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience
• Flexible approach (waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins)
• A DBS check (or willingness to complete)
• Relevant qualification (NVQ Level 3)
• Relevant to safeguarding, trauma informed practice, or behaviour support
