Job Description
We are seeking a Children's Support Worker to join our team and provide safe, nurturing, and therapeutic care to children and young people in crisis. The role involves creating a stable and supportive environment, encouraging engagement in education and activities, and helping young people move forward with confidence.
Requirements
- Flexible approach (waking nights, weekends, and sleep-ins when required)
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Enhanced DBS and full Right to Work in the UK
- Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
- Relevant qualification (NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care or equivalent) desirable
