Children Support Worker

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Patience, empathy, and emotional resilience
• Flexibility for varied shifts
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one)
• Relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care or equivalent)
• Care of vulnerable young people, as per safeguarding guidelines.
