Job Description
This Print Operator position requires daily operation of flexographic printing equipment, ensuring customer needs are met while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety. The role is typically night shift, with a 3pm-1am shift during the week and an 8pm-11pm shift on Fridays, with a short break. Regular preventative maintenance, quality checks, and adherence to EHS, Quality, and GMP standards are expected.
Requirements
- Previous printing experience REQUIRED
- Flexographic Printing Knowledge, water-based ink systems, strongly PREFERRED
- High speed machine operating experience
- Strong math skills (measurements, percentages, calculate footage, etc.)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Methodical / structured approach to troubleshooting
