Job Description
Surterra Wellness is seeking a Production Team Lead to ensure optimal production of cannabis products, focusing on quality, compliance, and employee safety. This role involves maintaining records, assisting the team, and operating manufacturing and packaging equipment. Requirements
- Age 21 or over
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
- Familiarity with quality control, policy, and documentation
- Ability to multitask and be aware of multiple active processes
- A.A., B.A./B.S preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in constant standing/moving position
