Job Description
We are Paramount Commerce, a leading fintech company seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our planning, forecasting, performance and budgeting processes, and build the models and provide insights that guide our business.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience
- 3+ years of experience leading an FP&A function
- Experience in Fintech or SaaS environments preferred
- Expertise in building complex financial models, managing a P&L, and forecasting cash flow
- Familiarity with BI tools (like Looker) and FP&A systems (like Planful)
- Academically grounded with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or CFA is a plus
