Job Description
Lead Application Developer - News Election System Support position available at Paramount in New York City. The ideal candidate will have experience with containerized applications, GitHub Actions, and handling complex codebases. Responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of business-critical applications, collaborating with a cross-functional team, and maintaining clear and timely communication with all collaborators.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing, architecting and developing application development efforts
- 5+ years of experience with SQL Server
- Proficient in Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines, as well as proficiency with containerization (Docker), and familiarity with cloud environments (AWS S3, registries, etc.)
- Fluent in C#, Web API, Python, C# Web API, SQL Server, Entity Framework, EF Code First Development, Vue, JS, Node, Angular, WinForms,.NET Framework v4.8,.NET 5,.NET Core 3.1
- Experience in large-scale systems with multiple code repositories
- Technical thought leadership, strong analytical skills and passion to learn new technologies that may enable/improve business
