Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Business Development, Sales, Partner Management, Logistics, E-commerce, or a comparable field
- Fluent German language skills and good to very good English language skills in writing and speaking
- Excellent communication skills and a secure appearance towards business partners
- Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive work style
- High degree of self-initiative, responsibility, and ownership
- Hands-on mentality with problem-solving competence and team orientation
- Very good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office; CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. are an advantage)
- Enthusiasm for technology, logistics, e-commerce, and innovative business models
- Willingness to travel within Germany (mainly for site visits)
