Accounting & Finance Ops Associate (SaaS)

We're looking for a hands-on Accounting & Finance Operations Associate to run our bookkeeping, keep everything audit-ready, and own our monthly Finance Cockpit (KPI dashboard).

Requirements

• 3–5 years in accounting/bookkeeping (SaaS/subscription is a big plus)
• Strong ability to deliver auditor-ready reporting packs and clean reconciliations
• Confidence working with Stripe (payouts, fees, refunds, chargebacks)
• Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills; comfortable owning dashboards end-to-end
• Comfortable using AI tools to automate, summarize, and spot anomalies
• Organized, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally
