Job Description
ParetoHealth is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Underwriting to oversee the renewal underwriting process for its expanding portfolio of member companies, developing a renewal strategy in collaboration with account management and finance to drive portfolio performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in medical stop loss underwriting
- Previous leadership of a renewal or new business medical stop loss underwriting team
- Strong understanding of medical trend analysis, loss ratio performance, and self-insurance dynamics
