Executive Assistant to Leadership Team

Parisleaf is a branding agency that specializes in partnering with Nonprofits. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Leadership Team to maximize efficiency, help meet deadlines, and support the operational needs of the business.

Requirements

• Past experience as an executive, project or sales assistant
• Experience in Google Suite, including Docs and Sheets
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, as well as project management softwares such as Asana, ClickUp, or Harvest
• Proven ability to juggle assignments while maintaining a high standard of work, organization, and meticulous attention to detail
• Polished and professional communication skills
