Job Description
The Registered Nurse - Inpatient Mental Health is responsible for administering nursing care guided by the Nurse Practice Act and the policies and procedures of the organization. The nurse develops and implements a plan of care with identified outcomes for the patient, evaluates patient progress, and modifies the plan as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Current Minnesota RN license
- CPR certification within 30 days of start date
- ACLS certification required for direct patient care RN
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Critical thinking and time management skills
