Foreman - Base

Park Paving Ltd. is looking for a BASE CREW FOREMAN to work with their company's Base division for the 2026 road construction season. The position offers a competitive wage, benefits, and use of a company truck.

Requirements

• Have an understanding of the construction industry and road construction specifications and standards
• Must be able to check grade and efficiently
• Display a professional and courteous approach with co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
• Must be physically fit – repetitive bending, lifting, kneeling, walking for long periods of time.
• Be able to work in inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
• Punctual and able to work full time, overtime, and weekends
• Ability to run grader, loader, skid-steer, and packing equipment
