Job Description
Parkhill is seeking a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater projects, mentor junior staff, and drive new project opportunities in the Central Texas market. The role involves technical leadership, project delivery, client engagement, and strategic growth. They invest in people and community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas required
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience in water/wastewater treatment project leadership
- Demonstrated business development experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, hydraulic modeling or treatment-specific software
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, regulatory compliance, and treatment best practices
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
