Parnall Law Firm is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and high-profile leader. The role requires exceptional organization, communication, and discretion, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and serving as a key partner to senior leadership. This is a full-time, on-site position with regular business hours and occasional after-hours availability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting c-suite or senior executives as an Executive Assistant
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Impeccable writing and editing capabilities
• Tech-savviness with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, Excel, Zoom
• Background check and references required
