Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering

• Proven experience designing and scaling end-to-end production AI/LLM or software systems
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-evolving, ambiguous conditions
• A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership - creative and resourceful in shipping quality solutions
• Comfort engaging directly with customers to identify pain points and engineer pragmatic AI solutions
