Job Description
Parspec is a rapidly growing company revolutionizing the construction industry with AI-powered digitizing and organization of product data. They are seeking a meticulous QA Lead to lead their software quality operations and ensure the highest standards across all their products. The role involves defining QA strategies, executing tests, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to achieve reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including 2–3 years in a QA leadership role.
- Proven experience in establishing or scaling QA processes, frameworks, and automation strategies.
- Strong command over QA methodologies, test design techniques, and defect management processes.
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD workflows and integration within modern DevOps environments.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and release management practices.
- Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java) for automation and tooling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
