Job Description
The role is for a strategic and commercially minded Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of high-profile clients within a creative agency specializing in corporate, retail, and event merchandise. The position requires strong relationships building, pipeline management, and driving growth through proactive engagement with key accounts. This is a full-time position based in Rosebery or Melbourne CBD.
Requirements
- Develop and execute quarterly sales and account plans
- Manage existing clients and grow key accounts
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce
- Target new leads through referrals and marketing
- Conduct research for client proposals
- Provide exceptional client service
