Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Talent, UK/EU to join our team at Partly. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for delivering the UK/EU hiring plan, building a high-quality, data-driven hiring engine, and coaching and upskilling hiring managers and interviewers. You will also partner with regional leadership to understand business priorities and define talent needs, and manage and develop the regional Talent team.

- Proven ability to own and deliver a regional hiring plan in a fast-scaling tech environment
- Exceptional sourcing and assessment capability across technical and non-technical roles
- Strong systems and process design skills
