Job Description
Partners Community Health is seeking an experienced Manager, Digital and IT Operations to lead end-to-end IT and digital services and solutions while ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of IT experience, including leadership roles overseeing teams and budgets
- Proven record of leading digital transformation and IT modernization initiatives
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, and enterprise systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing IT budgets and vendor contracts
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure
